Horizon VPS nodes are built on a foundation of reliability. We utilize Intel Xeon (Haswell architecture) processors paired strictly with high-speed NVMe SSD Storage across all plans.

Rather than chasing unstable overclocked speeds, this hardware configuration is deliberately chosen for its predictable performance under sustained load, making it ideal for web hosting, APIs, database management, and development environments.

Plan Scalability As your workload grows, your infrastructure can grow with it. We offer seamless plan upgrades (from our entry-level Vista plan up to the 24-core Apex plan). Upgrades are applied to the entire plan tier, allowing you to scale your CPU cores, RAM, and NVMe storage simultaneously without any data loss or manual migrations.

Network, Bandwidth, and DDoS Mitigation

Every Horizon VPS instance is protected by industry-leading infrastructure security. We allocate OVHCloud IPs to our Horizon nodes to leverage their superior, enterprise-grade DDoS mitigation. This setup automatically filters malicious traffic and absorbs volumetric attacks without requiring manual intervention from the user.

Network Speeds & Bandwidth Network port speeds scale directly with your chosen compute tier to ensure balanced node performance:

• Entry Plans (e.g., Vista, Range): 400 Mbps to 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth.
• Mid-Tier Plans (e.g., Compass, Meridian): 1.5 Gbps to 2 Gbps unmetered bandwidth.
• Enterprise Plans (e.g., Zenith, Apex): 2.5 Gbps to 3 Gbps unmetered bandwidth.

Note: European and North American locations feature unmetered bandwidth. Asia-Pacific locations include a 3 TB monthly allocation, after which speeds are temporarily capped at 10 Mbps with no overage fees.

Deployment & Support Architecture

Provisioning Timeline Because we route your server through OVHCloud's network for maximum DDoS protection, initial deployment is not entirely instantaneous. IP allocation and secure network routing take time. You can expect your server to be fully provisioned, secured, and handed over within 3 hours of payment verification.

Unmanaged Infrastructure Horizon VPS is an unmanaged service providing full root access via SSH. While you are responsible for the internal software, firewall rules, and operating system configuration, Oryzen guarantees the hardware, network uptime, and power.

When you require infrastructure support, our technical team is highly responsive. Ticket response times generally average between 10 to 30 minutes, with many routing and hardware inquiries addressed instantly.

Can I change my server location after purchase? No. Location changes require deploying a completely new server in the desired region and manually migrating your data.

Is root access fully unrestricted? Yes. You are granted full root access from the moment of deployment. Intervention only occurs in cases of hardware failure or Terms of Service violations.

Can I host websites without a control panel? Absolutely. With full root access, you can manually install Nginx, Apache, databases, and secure your domains using free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates.

What is the refund policy? We offer a strict 24-hour refund window exclusively for verified technical incompatibilities (such as a missing hardware virtualization feature or an unusable location-specific routing issue). We do not offer refunds for user misconfiguration.
