• Payment Gateways: PhonePe, Paytm, LitePay, Cryptomus, CCAvenue
• Payment Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Cryptocurrency
• Important: We do NOT store your payment card details or UPI credentials. All payment information is processed securely by the respective payment gateway providers.

2.3 Server and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information:

• Server Logs: IP address, access times, browser type, operating system
• Usage Information: Service usage patterns, bandwidth consumption, server resource usage
• Technical Data: For hosting services, we collect server access logs and error logs for security and abuse prevention

• Quantum VPS (India): Hosted on our owned AMD EPYC 7713 infrastructure in Mumbai, India
• Horizon VPS: Hosted on enterprise infrastructure in European datacenters
• Other Services: May be hosted on infrastructure from trusted partners in India and internationally
• Your Data: Content stored on your VPS/hosting account remains under your control. We do not access, monitor, or backup your data unless required by law or for security investigations.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality of your data. We do NOT share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation in India
• Critical Situations: Only in the most critical situations involving illegal activities, fraud, or threats to physical safety
• Service Providers: Infrastructure providers necessary for service delivery (under strict confidentiality agreements)
• Payment Processing: Payment gateway providers for transaction processing

We do not share your data for marketing purposes, advertising, or commercial purposes under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as follows:

• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active and services are running
• Server Logs: Retained for a minimum of 180 days as per Indian IT Rules
• Billing Records: Retained for 8 years as per Indian tax regulations
• Account Deletion: Currently, our system does not provide an automated account deletion option. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.

Note: We are expanding our infrastructure in India and plan to migrate more services to Indian datacenters in the future.
